All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Current customers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price changes affect their existing services.
Hosting services are billed on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Payment is due in advance for the selected billing cycle.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. All payments must be made in full before services are activated or renewed.
If payment is not received by the due date, your account may be suspended. Continued non-payment may result in account termination and data loss.
Prices do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new shared hosting purchases. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our shared hosting services. This guarantee excludes:
In the event that uptime falls below 99.9% in a given month, eligible customers may request service credit equal to one month of hosting fees.
While we provide weekly automated backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of your website data, databases, and files. We strongly recommend keeping regular local copies of your data.
We perform weekly backups stored on Google Drive with up to 4 restore points. Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any data loss.
Upon account cancellation or termination, we retain your data for 7 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
You may cancel your hosting account at any time through your client area or by contacting our support team. Cancellation must be requested before the next billing date to avoid charges.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:
